WTH is this!!!!!! I only lost .6 of a lb!

Ok I was hoping for 2, but was expecting at least 1..5. I want to cry. What did I do wrong?! The only day I did not work out this week was yesterday, I was even better with eating this weekend than last, and I still lost more last week!
Ok, going to NOT let this ruin my day, and end up eating everything in site. I will have a healthy day, and do my workout, and have my normal week. It's not like I can work any harder, is it? I already barely have enough time to keep my house up, and enough time on myself. My boyfriend and I (especially with my dragon boating) BARELY see each other during the week any more.
I will weigh myself again tomorrow morning. I got 2 pimples on my chin (I never break out anymore) so I am wondering even if I am on the depo I might be near when my normal cycle would have been, and hoping there is some water weight here. I will monitor throughout the week.
There go my jeans for next week.

Sounds like TOM to me.

Don't stress about it... 0.6 pounds is still going down! Some people gain when they have their TOM, so losing is awesome!! I think you should start using measurements to see your progress, because you mentioned earlier that you were fitting into smaller clothes, so it could be you're actually losing inches, and rebuilding muscles, which might not show on the scale, but definitely would show in the inches! You're doing awesome!! Keep up the good work!
