Keep up the spirit to lose weight for 2015!! You can overcome and succeed ;-)
I also gained over the holidays, however I didn't get sick (thank God!). I gained back almost all the weight I'd lost in the few short months prior, which I had lost by doing the Phase I Atkins diet. I'm back on and losing again... It's encouraging to have support.
