This week I made it to the gym 1 day, made it to the pool another day and had a couple big walks with the family. Which equalled a pretty wide range of activities. Diet was pretty good. I ate some ice creams this week but otherwise had a lot of home made meals. I didn't count all the dinner calories but had a rough enough idea which seems to have been fine considering the loss. Overall a great week. I just need to direct some focus onto my studying. Oh and I started practising Japanese which has been pretty cool.
