You were 65.3kg on the 18th last month, then 10 days later you had the lowest weight you've recorded on FS. So whatever you did last month, do that ;)

I depends what you mean 'hungry', you could eat 1kg of mixed vegetables, and that's only 560 kcal. Admittedly its not a very interesting meal, but if you finish it, I certainly thing you will feel full ;)

Blergh...when ever people say 'nothing tastes as good as skinny feels' I feel like I beg to differ, cheese, cake, bacon, brazil nuts, they all taste way better than skinny feels. Ho hum boring food it is then. it seems so cruel that the better it tastes the more fattening it is.
