It's time once again. I did great for a while after being diagnosed with diabetes but I slipped back into old ways of managing my stress levels (namely by eating to distract myself from them). So my A1C is back up, my weight is WAY up and I have sleep apnea, bad feet, bad knees, swollen legs and feet. I'm tired all the time, my skin looks crappy. My clothes are getting tight and no longer look right on me anymore (even my shoes). It is time to get back on the right path and fix it and keep it fixed this time. I know a LOT more than I did the first go-round. I've done my research and I've learned ways to better prepare so that I don't have a convenient excuse for not eating right. No excuses just get going and keep going.
