I think I am finally getting rid of the water weight (or whatever it was) caused by the Prednisone! I was down to 189.4 this morning. However, my daughter took me to dinner (Outback) and a movie tonight for my birthday (which was yesterday the 19th), and I'm sure I will end up with a little extra weight because of that. I did spend an hour and a half mowing the lawn yesterday, which may help some. I still have 1/3 of the front yard and all of the back to mow, yet, so maybe I can work off the Outback!

Salt at Outback is the killer! Prednisone causes a lot of water weight too.

I know. . . I am trying to use less added salt at home. And now that I'm off the Prednisone, I feel better and am losing some again. I'm also trying to exercise more.
