stopped induction and am now in OWL....but feels just about the same...eating a few more veggie carbs...i feel satisfied and rarely hungry....happy with my weight loss and not far from my over-all goal....noticing my clothes are fitting differently although the small size scrubs are still a little too snug for me to start wearing at work...will stick to the mediums for a while more :)
