Yeah...new low (although only .2 lbs below previous low). My scale hasn't read 190 in a long time. I was up to 193.6 yesterday so I lost almost 3 whole lbs doing a low calorie day. I have to admit that it wasn't that hard. I was just really tired by the time my classes got out at 9:45 last night. I can only hope that my plateau was broken and the weight will start to move again. Fingers crossed.
Day 52 (today):
Weight: 190.8
Food: B - Kashi cereal (130 cals), FF soy milk (50), veggie patty (80)
L - Sirloin Burger (150 cals) & mushroom/onion soup (145 cals)
D - Tuna with cucumbers (250 cals)
Expected calorie total: 805
Workout: 30 min walk (1.5 mi) = 200 cals burned

I see your 6'0 like me! So depressing when everyone elses weight an size sounds so much smaller! From your graph it looks like your doing wonderfully! WELL DONE, keep going! Don't lose it too quick is always my advice though, try snacks between meals like celery and hummus keeps your metabolism up and stops over eating at meals, it really helps! It's great your exercising too babe! Well done! x

You are doing great! The 30 minute walk will help out a lot. I would like to start my walk but I always find excuses, especially now that I started school full time and work full time.

Congrats! Every little bit helps! I would toss something in your backpack that you can snack on to help keep your energy up. Something with protein (cheese, nuts, etc) and that will help you from feeling so run down on long days like yesterday.

Very well done - a menu to be proud of! I agree with the posts about eating little snacks - I usually try to have one 10.30 am and then 3.00 ish during a work day, then eating main meal around 6.00 if poss (or a slice of cheese to "put me on" as we say in the UK!) Our favourite snacks are the ham roll-ups - yum!
