No journal entries so I can't see what's going on with you ~ you were so lovely and supportive with me the other day in relation to my pig out and dentist trepidation ..... you've encouraged me all the way with my weight loss so far and it's you and others like you on the app that feed my determination to keep going ...... I would be soooo excited to see you go below that 100kg and I know that the rest of your Buddies will be cheering too when you do it ..... Ok Caio for now Belle ....
