According to my old balance scale, I weigh 151 lbs, but my digital scale still says 153.2 lbs just like last week. I tend not to trust my digital scale (it has other functions that don't work at all, and it's not the first time that this scale gives me exactly the same result more than one week in a row), but I prefer to be on the conservative side and assume that my digital scale has the correct measure.
At least I am still maintaining. Now I just need to do something about my lack of exercise, even though I lost 0.4 in. (1 cm) in the waist. The minus 40-degree temperature outside may have something to do with it!
