My weekend was very good this time. I ordered my healthy lunch and dinner for two days in advance. But saturday I ate a small portion of oxtail with rice and red beans and plantain. And sunday I ate 1/2 a portion of the chicken and rice I cooked. I drank the water I was suppose too. I also had a glass of white dry wine. Monday I went on the scale and was happy to see that I didi not gain anything. I weighed the same as last week wednesday. I feel very pleased that bit by bit I am getting it. About the healthy eating and the portion size. So happy. Tomorow I will go back on the scale to do my weekly weigh in. Then I will confirm how good the week was or not.
