Recovering from my crappy week. Decided to go ahead and log my weight. Lost two of the four I gained from my carb fest, so i am getting back on track. Logging everything I put into my face so I can consciously make good choices and decide how i am going to progress through my days.
On a different note, I cried again today. I do not understand why losing Liberty is hitting me so hard, but it is. I try to hide it from the husband and the kids, but it's tough. I miss her. I don't want to cry anymore...i'm not very pretty when i cry. lol

Its going to take some time. I still miss my sweet Taffy girl. I have a new dog that look a lot like her. My husband some time calls her Taffy. They become a part of the family. I hope you get to feeling better soon. Know that I am praying for you and that I am here for you. Stay strong and positive.

Deepest sympathies on your profound loss. Why shield the family from your honest emotions and grief? Why not grieve together and let them comfort you and vice versa? You have lost a member of your family! Of course that is hitting you so hard. Your beloved dog would comfort you if she could. Surely she'd want you to all support each other in her absence. {{hugs}}

I did finally tell everyone how I was feeling during dinner. My husband was very supportive and even asked me a few days later how I was feeling. He is always one to hide stuff like that, but I guess he got that I was really taking it hard.
