In a singular act of rebellion, I ate grilled cheese, tomato soup and a banana last night. My stomach hurt all evening.

Oh, no. I must have wakened a few starch loving bacteria in my gut. All I can think about is corn chips. This is ridiculous. If I avoid it altogether, I don't miss it. When I eat it, I feel sick and crave more. So ridiculous. I am glad I don't have cash or credit cards on me today. Days like this are days I stop at the gas station on the way home for junk to binge on.
