Look at where you are right now - just three pounds to go. Sorry to hear about the foot pain showing up again. Good Feet inserts really helped me and exercises to stretch the plantar. You also have been doing a lot of stairs with your painting and floor prep. That might have more to do with it than the running. Roll the arch on frozed water bottle and see if that helps.
