Well...home from the vacation and I'm fairly happy with a 3 pound weight gain at least it's not more. But now comes the next week of my vacation, home again and back on track. I'm hoping to get some more weight off before Christmas I've been messing around with this diet thingy for almost a year...either I'm not serious or I'm very lazy!!! (it's the later)and I tend to stay on phase 3 to long before I stop and hit phase 1 again. I also get in a comfort zone and stop watching my snacking at work. I had a wonderful vacation..so much to do. We had a pool party with a lot of our friends from Canada and Vancouver and some from Pinole California, Texas and Oklahoma. We go to Mexico every year for a fund raiser for the NEW LIFE MEXICO. www.compassion4kids.org. It's an organization to keep the kids of Puerto Vallarta off the streets! This organization addresses the issues of sexual exploitation of children. Prevention workshops are given in Schools. Victims are given psychological support and a secure environment. I could go on and on but if anybody is interested pm me and I'll send some info. Again my vacation was wonderful...plenty of sun and beautiful sunsets. It's a walkers paradise...everything is so close and easy to access. Great nite-life and lots of day trips to enjoy. I highly recommend PV as a great vacation spot!

Welcome back - glad the vacation was good! (we cant get direct flights to PV, but it looks so beautiful I think I might save up!!!) I am sure you will be able to get the graph going down again, be secure in the knowledge that everyone struggles but the encouragement we get on this website is so great, that it keeps us trying!!! Personally I dont want to weigh in as I have been a bad girl lately, I just need to shake myself and get sorted!!!
