Unfortunately I haven't lost a pound :( I am gonna give the Extreme Fat Smash my all this week b/c I don't want my weight loss to start slowing down this soon. It didn't help that I cooked all of my boyfriends favorites this weekend and of course I tasted a little of everything. I'm gonna get back on the ball tomorrow.
