I can't believe that Ive actually lost weight this week Ive been on the local sunbed to make myself feel better and it has! I have had loads more fruit but essencially I have walked about too! and now seemed to relax when it's night time just do keep coming on here and sitting on my @rse! but I have lost 2 pounds on the scales and it is tom week too! yeah me x
