Holding steady at 148. Glad to not see a gain after going out to eat last night. I have lost a total of 14.5 pounds since Jan. 4th. I need to remind myself of my success and enjoy where I'm at. I'm hoping to go shopping with my daughter today but there are some patches of freezing rain and with her being 8+ months pregnant, I certainly don't want to take any chances. I've so been looking forward to this shopping trip where I'm finally allowing myself to shop for my first grandchild....but it may have to be delayed.

Plan to work hard to maintain this weight over the weekend and then on Monday start to push forward to my new goal of 145.
