Not great, but yes, a decent day. I'm glad to hear that you are doing well and will be looking forward to your next weigh-in. It certainly would be nice if this were all a dress rehearsal and that we could start the real show the next time around. :-)

Yes Info,it would be great if this were the grand finale-but I believe a few more encores are what this diet audience screams for! Until the G-Finale(goal wt) I will be at a few more rehearsals(wt-ins) and hopefully this show I do not forget my lines :) No matter what the show must go on...in the end I 'demand' red roses ;-)
