First, google "why the scale lies" so you get insight in to water weight gain. There are many reasons for it and why the scales fluctuate so much. Lowering your RDI to 1400 might be good. Lowering your carbs is also good. Lean protein and high fiber foods help us lose fat better than any other food groups. Be active! Exercise burns those calories and helps when you don't have a lot to lose. Interval training can really kick up fat loss. There are foods that help us lose better than other foods. Not all calories are equal. Do some research on nutrition and getting lean. Knowledge is power with weight loss.
