Pleased I am the same at weigh-in due to Spring Break last week and did not do cardio regime,PLUS ate a few NO-NOS (that actually were bittersweet in the end -wasn't ALL it was cracked up to be...gave me heartburn, gas "bleh",guilt-trip, disappointment...)and girl-issues this week..all was really against me!
But as I was stretching this morning... my thighs **looked** slimmer--talk about instant happiness :D Makes up for the no weight loss (my own fault really) ♪Happy happy joy joy ♪! Can't wait to measure them--I measure each month on the 28th -but I may do it a few days earlier out of curiosity and excitement! Cross the fingies for me, buddies!
Explains why I was SOOO munchie munchie yesterday too...the willpower won over the majority of the temptations-settled for 10 jellybeans to help **quiet**the craving.
