That's a great first loss. Not sure what you mean by "no food all week", but whatever you do to lose the weight you need to keep doing to keep it off for good. So it's important to get a balanced eating and exercise plan to make the diet sustainable. It's also important to not compare yourself to others, and to keep realistic weight loss expectations. Weight loss isn't a linear line. We have weeks of doing everything right and gaining and weeks of overeating and losing. You might lose 1 pound or 5. You never know! Stay consistent and don't let anything deter you. Also, most people who lose weight when they are sick tend to gain a lot of it back because it's usually dehydration.
