What I have learned when you go into ketosis you have obviously cut your carbs enabling your body to burn your stored fat. I'm
not sure how long it takes everyone is different. But next you will become fat adapted. You will continue to burn stored body fat if you continue eating low carbs you will stay "fat adapted" your ketone numbers will most likely drop but your still fat adapted.
