I stopped the Atkins diet for several months. Decided that I cant stand myself any longer, so Im doing it again. I hate the way I feel and the way I look and I know that my husband would appreciate to see the girl he married 14 years ago again. I am back and I have a new partner to do this with me, so maybe I will be more successful this time around since I have support.
