I gained weight this week (2.2 lbs). I ate a bit more crap than usual, but that's OK. Easter is coming up, so I'll be more cautious with my food choices on Easter Monday!
I want to change my goal weight to 150 lbs - my BMI will be at or lower than 25 - but I keep getting an error message from Fat Secret. Worse case scenario, I can maintain at 160 lbs, but I really want to weigh a healthy weight.
