I have spent my entire day jumping from Doctor's office to Doctor's office to Radiology and home. I have no energy. I'm worried about all these tests and praying that come Monday someone gives me the good news I am wanting.
How do i find the resistance to not have a good stiff drink. I swear I could really use one to help me with my nerves!

I will be praying for you that all your results come back fine. Not sure what's up, but it doesn't matter...just hope you are well! Skip the alcohol, it completely stops any weight loss process until all the alcohol is burned up out of your system. You're doing so good now...keep it going!

Thank you guys or the needed emotional support. I'm trying to focus on the good, but the last two days were hard for me. I was so stressed I caved and had a rum and diet coke. It helped. lol I know I shouldnt have, but I'll bounce back and I'm good today. Thanks again.
