Well, I have decided not to record anything for the weekends as they are my quasi-cheat dates. I follow breakfast and snacks but lunch and dinner are usually outside the plan. I still try to follow it but I know that my calorie intake is about 500-1000 over what they want me to have. This weekend was a total write off as I got some pretty upsetting news so what do I do? eat my feelings, of course! Not too bad but I still did it. Well, can't undo it just have to try harder this week.
