Try to budget a small amount of both into your daily allowance everyday. They sound yummy & just for the record, I eat cheese & chocolate together ; p Not in the same bit, but I have & it's not bad. But at night as a snack if I'm going to have chocolate, I also have cheese to I get of protein in so the sugar in the chocolate doesn't cause my blood sugar to spike. You can do it! Don't deprive yourself or you'll be sure to fail. You're doing such a great job & tomorrow the scale is going to tell you what you already know. Rock it girl! You're doing awesome!! = )

Thanks shay i never thought about the chocolate and cheese together in terms of protein and sugar but it makes sense. I dont really count calories properly thats sort of what worries me aswell i just guestimate and always try and over estimate rather than under :P im definitely going to have to work in some treat meals in order to get my fix of amazingness :P i am praying that the scale does :) i did work out pretty damn hard today so it should show me a nice steady number :)

Wow Selina, I am so proud of you! Find a healthier version of the chocs and cheeses... Dark chocolate/low fat and then eat them in moderation! You will satisfy your craving and stop feeling quitly for eating them. You are doing great!

Hey beautiful :) Rock on for your clothing fitting better, that is one of the best feelings in the world... I'm not surprised at all that they are, despite the many obstacles that seem to get in your way you continue to keep on in your quest to get in shape... you're my hero :)... and I can TOTALLY relate to the chocolate addiction... I am such a chocolate lover, it's ridiculous... I really have to watch myself, especially around chocolate chip cookies... I've gotten alot better at keeping my chocolate addiction under control... basically a bite a day keeps the rest of chocolate away... that's why I have half a bag of my 100 calorie chocolate covered pretzel after lunch everyday, hehe... anyways, I do have AIM messenger at home but I very very rarely get on it, I don't have one I can get on at work which is the time I'm mostly online... don't worry about replying to the long E-mail, you and me stay in pretty good contact in our journals... I know it can be pretty time consuming to write big messages back and forth like that :) so no worries... I hope you have a great day! <3

I second what everyone else said. Great job on fitting into the old clothes! And, adjust to eating the chocolate and cheese in moderation. If it helps, think about how good it feels to reach this milestone, how good it feels to fit into old slimmer clothing, and how good it will feel when you get to your next milestone. Don't deprive yourself completely, but don't overdo it either. I have confidence that you will know to limit yourself. I allow myself 1-3 Oreo cookies at least 3-4 times a week. Lol. I work the calories in and really, the small serving is enough to satisfy my taste for it.
