Took most of the weekend off of calorie counting... and won't be weighing in at all this week since my vacation starts wednesday... so i have 2 weeks from last Friday to work on the mess i make this week..lol..
actually i plan on strictly following my plans and working out while i'm gone and how by my first week back into normal life i can still manage to lose something...
Adjusted my goals a little and finally changed my goal to my next one which is to get to 155 by my Las Vegas trip in October. only 10 pounds... (or just under)... and i have a lot of time..
I will have to lose .83 lbs a week starting my Aug. 6 weigh in. I hope i can manage that to hit my goal by Oct 10.
