Naiomy Günlüğü, 26 Tem 10

Took most of the weekend off of calorie counting... and won't be weighing in at all this week since my vacation starts wednesday... so i have 2 weeks from last Friday to work on the mess i make this week..lol..

actually i plan on strictly following my plans and working out while i'm gone and how by my first week back into normal life i can still manage to lose something...

Adjusted my goals a little and finally changed my goal to my next one which is to get to 155 by my Las Vegas trip in October. only 10 pounds... (or just under)... and i have a lot of time..

I will have to lose .83 lbs a week starting my Aug. 6 weigh in. I hope i can manage that to hit my goal by Oct 10.

Agreed. And if you ever start to doubt yourself just look at your weight loss chart and see how far you've come. You are going to make your goal easily :P
