I have got to, got to, got to be stronger on Eric's days off! It's horrible. Then I wake up the next day feeling awful and guilty. I still exercise every day of the week but 1, but it's the eating and the beer, and then I smoke and I get so mad at myself! Where us my self control? My willpower? I can do it, I know. Eric needs a lifestyle change also, so it would be nice if he were a bit more supportive and proactive, instead of encouraging me to partake in unhealthy activities.
