Today has been great so far. I woke up feeling well-rested, despite having only 6 hours sleep (thank you 2-year old :). I found this great website that has free exercise videos. It's exercisetv.tv. They have over 100 free videos and the one I did was challenging and I needed that!
I have gotten so much done the last couple of days, getting boxes of "stuff" to donate and also bags of trash. What a good, cleansing feeling. I like to fall clean instead of spring, especially because with Christmas will come lots of new toys for the kids. Sometimes it's just too, too much!
