2014DoingMe Günlüğü, 26 Oca 14

Whew!!! I made it!! After a day of being teased by the aromas of great smelling greasy fast food and restaurant entrees I came home and cooked my own food and ate. I prepared a steak really quick and a side dish of broccoli and a tall glass of diet strawberry drink as my treat for being well-behaved.

Finally, had to tell my sister what I was doing because they wanted to eat out and I felt it was not necessary when we all needed to be preparing our foods at home and we definitely do not need to treat ourselves in food. We have so many other things we can do with our money than eat it up. Me for one need to pay school tuition. I am sure after everyone dropped me off they went and got something to eat but at least I made it home.

Breakfast: Atkins breakfast entree

Lunch: zilch

Dinner: Last steak out of my two pack :-/. cup broccol

good job resisting but you need to eat more during the day like a fruit between meals and actual meals in stead of skipping.

Way to go, food is a huge temptation, but you are right we don't need to always eat out.
