2014DoingMe Günlüğü, 02 Şub 14

Declared the first of the month as "Cheat Day!!" :-) I was totally bad yesterday. No, details will I share here because you all may decide to follow in my footsteps :-/. Please don't as I feel guilty about it today. However, it was delightful at the time. So, I am struggling to get back on track today because that is where I want to be and people are seeing the change in my size.

Okay, since you all twisted my arms I had two medium slices of pizza pepperoni and mushroom and 3 spicy wings. So, carb count yesterday was totally out the window. However, I did not eat anything else but that. I really needed to get it out my system. I figured last time when I asked the boys if they wanted pizza and they said no. It was really me who wanted it.

So, I am thinking about working hard to stay on track for the whole month and just one day toward the end allow myself to have something I like to eat. I can do that. So, no more cheating!!! Heading out to grab some protein shakes today from GNC. Just love their signature lean protein swiss chocolate ones. Have a blessed day!!!

Well, without reading your journal first, I managed to do the same, yesterday and today!! I really mustn't buy multipacks of the big store baked cookies, coz daughter only ever eats one leaving the rest calling provocatively to me!!

Ok, so you cheated,we all do once in awhile to keep our sanity, lol... but I CANNOT believe how WELL you are doing. I see how you started on the same day as I have and you are really really losing!! I am pumped just looking at your numbers!!! I finally got off my yo- yo-ing and have lost a couple of pounds...I'm knocking off all added salt and seeing some improvements..butt excusing the pun, I am so constipated and trying to drink more fluids but it's pretty bad this time...just can't seem to flush this "crap" outta me. Tried more fiber, stool softeners & suppositories and can't seem to insert into a brick wall...lol, don't mean to gross you out. The Coulee Dam is about to BREAK, lol. Anyway, keep up the GREAT job!

You are doing AMAZINGGG : ) And even though you ate some bad stuff you still didnt have a ton of it. I would be afraid that if I started I just wouldnt stop.

Glad you are back on the track. If I had done a "cheat" day as you did I would have eaten the whole pizza. So much for my will power :)

When I feel like pizza...I just scrape off the toppings and don't eat the bread...it REALLY is satisfying! Also....I usually try to have a cheat MEAL not a cheat DAY...if I do it all day it tends to derail me. That's just me though......stay strong :)

My friend made low carb lasagna the other day ... no noodles , she layered in spinach and veggies instead of noodles ! I might try it this week. I want to come up with a few meals that I can make that feel like normal food but tweaked to fit my new way of eating . If it turns out good , i will share the recipe !
