Last night I went to the gym and did 30 minutes working out my legs and then 50 minutes of cardio. I was so exhausted last night. I really want to get below my current weight because this is the lowest I have been ...wow for about a year I guess.

I'm going out tonight and a couple of things are on the agenda. I have to go to my friend's apartment warming get together, a gallery crawl, and go out dancing. I made sure to plan ahead though and bring my gym clothes with me so I can squeeze in my workout. I have the exercize taken care of but I'm not sure about the alcohol consumption. I'm sure this isn't very good but I really want to have a couple of vodka tonics tonight. I have had such a rough week with my break-up and I really want to go out and have fun. I am so conflicted though. I want to get past 189.6 and I really don't want to let my team down...but I really want to have a couple of drinks. Maybe I'll dance them off on the dance floor? Guys, I don't know what to do!

Ahhhhh honey, you sound really sad about not knowing what to do for the best! Go and have some fun and really allow yourself to enjoy your evening - Have a few vodka tonics but just don't go too overboard thought... why not weigh in tonight before you go out, submit it to your team boss and then you won't need to have to worry! Sending a great big hug to you!

Dance your buns off, drink a ton of water before, during and after and yes, a couple vodkas will not hurt ya! Eat sensibly and have fun! :)
