Mid-twenties and and becoming responsible has brought on a little unwanted weight gain. I've yo-yo'd with my weight since I was 17, which really sounds like the begining to a long story but I'm only 24 now. It seems every few years I get close to 190 and make a change, lose the weight down to 150, then end up at 190 again. I could endlessly list my reasons but excuses are excuses and wasting time thinking of reasons I'm unhappy won't get me to being happy and healthy. I'm tired of wearing clothes to bed because I believe they hide my stretch marks.
