Hi my name is Andrea, I'm a 27 year old female from the PA area. I've always been a tad on the overweight side, but its recently been getting out of hand. I've had to quit smoking and eat low sodium foods due to high blood pressure. I'm tired of seeing the "fatness" when I look at myself in the mirror. I had a friend who did the South Beach Diet with lots of success with losing the weight and keeping it out. So here I am, wish me luck!!
