hi,well im 27 and have been officially losing weight since jan 2011.last year i went up to the heaviest ive ever been and it scared the crap out of me.its been a struggle for most of my adult life trying to manage my weight.ive not always been heavy,up until i hit 19 i was quite slim but then i slipped and perferated a disk in my back and couldnt walk for the best part of 3 years.my weight ballooned and i went from a size 14 to a 24 in a really short time.i lost all my confidence and was really unhappy with myself.i got the kick start i needed in december last year when i set a date for my wedding and i realised i had gone up to a size 26.i was horrified and began looking at recent photos of myself,it wasnt pretty.since then my life has completly changed,i eat so differently now and i exercise every day.i found that i really enjoy working out and i keep seeing really good results.im already down to a size 20 and i still have a long way to go but i feel healthier and happier than i have for a long time.
