Well I started this journey at the end of January 2011. I put on a pair of pants I have worn before and I almost couldn't breathe, we won't even talk about what they looked like on.. I started to cry.
I realized that I had to change & had done WW before but didn't stick to it very well but loved the online features. I got a smartphone & found the Calorie Counter app and then found this online. This really is an awesome thing.
Just one day at a time.
