Getting back to tracking what I am putting in my body. I PCOS girl who is TTC. I need to cut carbs and increase protein. I am not going full Keto by any means. My RE doctor told me not to stress about it but to make sure I was getting 90g protein and less carbs. So for the moment that means cutting 4 sodas out of my daily diet (WOOHOO) and adding in high protein/low carb shakes like Muscle Milk. It is actually easier than I thought it would be. I just have to remind myself why I am doing this.
