I am a new mom (May 10) and exclusively breast feeding. I gained 50+ pounds while pregnant and it didn't really bother be because my goal was to have a happy, healthy baby. Now I am trying to lose the weight and it is frustrating because I have never had to diet in my life, I have always been very active and fit and this flab is new to me. I am trying to find the magical calorie number I need to lose 2 pounds a week and still maintain a good milk supply. Also new to being a stay at home mom and haven't been able to go to the gym yet because my son is only 10 wks, but I am doing 30 day shred and P90X at home.
