Hello! I'm 5'1" and 128 pounds, looking to get to 110-115. My plan is to try to cut 500 calories a day most days of the week from cutting calories and exercising. I really want to get in shape by my 21st birthday June 20th. Let's see, I'm vegan, graduating from UCLA in June (environmental studies major) and I'm into a lot of music like punk, indie, psychobilly, etc. Hoping to fit into a new swimsuit by June!
The Plan:
Sticking to my Weight Watchers points (19 a day)
Exercising every day an hour to an hour and a half
Getting better at my fitness classes, yoga, pilates, cycling, and kickboxing
Running! And not dying!
Drinking 8 glasses of water a day
Mini-goals:
Lose 1-2 pounds a week
250-500 fewer calories a day
Exercising every day
