Just got back from running 14 miles on the AT. Weight = 189. I drank 1 bottled water. Looks like I lost 4 lbs in water weight. Going out for dinner tonight, now I have some leeway but won't go nuts.
After run:
BMI 25.8/24.9/24.8/24.3
Fat: 21.4/20.4/20/18.3
SK: 35.3/35.9/36.8/36.7
V: 8/8/8/8

Going to be busy today. I'm building a 40' wood retaining wall at the side of the barn. Tomorrow morning doing a hike on the Appalachian Trail with some friends. After my semi fast yesterday I don't feel that hungry this morning. Last night I was starving!
