it was my birthday and i think, considering, i did pretty well. i was allowing myself to eat anything and everything, and i just got too full to do as much as my brain wanted me to - something about a half pitcher of sangria and then a long bike ride home really takes away the appetite!

had to pull an all-nighter to get some work done and in order to pull that off, i needed to snack - mainly on cereal mixed with cashew butter and blueberries. not the worst thing i could be eating but i ate so much cashew butter yesterday i feel like i'm giving birth to a cashew baby, and that the cashew baby is giving birth. not too comfortable. so i had some all-bran at 4am which i am counting as breakfast, after yesterday's obviously big eater day. i had a 4 hour nap from 8am til 12 pm then a pretty decent workout considering i';m a zombie - couldnt really operate the jump rope but oh well. havent eaten anything since 4am brekkie though and feeling a bit hungry but until i stop feeling like a cashew, i'm gonna fast.
i need to not have nut butter around the house. id idnt even buy this, my roommate gave it to me because she doesnt like it because it is 'too heavy'. damn right too heavy.

soooo this whole working from home thing is killing me - killing my diet, that is. at 4pm i'm hungry. and bored. and tired of being inside the house. so i eat. and eat and eat and eat.... i eat a lot of good food. but then i run out of the good food or i'm ona roll so i move to not good food. now here i am eating pecan pie. hah!. so i eat at 4, or if i dont, its all i think about. this is what i used to do late at night, after drinking. so i'm going to skip dinner and do an IF til tomorrow lunchtime. so today i've not gone way over my calorie limit, but i'm not on the diet, so this isnt a failure, its just a remidner of when i'm at my weakest.
