Still maintaining! Feeling pretty gross though, like even though I'm the same weight that my body has changed... I'm thinking about going back on weight loss and getting down to the 135 goal I originally set. Hmmm.... lots to think about!

Still maintaining... dealing with life more than food right now and I'm surprised I haven't jumped up ten pounds. Maybe that's what maintaining really is: only being up or down a few ounces when your life is truly ups and downs...

Maintaining well! Hard to remember to check in, but I promise I'm doing fine. It's odd to eat so many calories in a day now compared to what I was eating, but that's part of maintenance.

Had ups and down recently, personally and with weight loss. I'm trying to maintain right now and I think I'm doing well. Still including aerobic activity in my day 6 days a week, eating well and introducing one new food each week to get myself out of the weight loss phase and into maintenance. I feel ok, I finally got my period which means three months of extra hormones are working their way out of my system. I just want the bloating to go away and to get my energy back!

I'm maintaining. I waited 11 days to weigh in because it was difficult to accept that I had taken on the idea of being a certain weight and not losing more. For the past week I have stayed at 140.6 and I think that is a healthy weight to be. Even though I have more to do for the challenge I'm in, I simply cannot push myself anymore physically than I am. I am hungry to maintain a healthy weight, not pushing myself to be a smaller size and see what happens a year from now. I'm a size 8, I get compliments all the time, and I feel great. I should stick with that!
