Biggest Loser week for me!*** After having a plateau here and there(frustrating) and only 2 lbs at a time (which I was ok with)..I swore I was gonna blast some fat! Started at the "gym" and added at least 20min. more cardio consistantly 4xs weekly AND instead of just free weights, doing the "circuit"(leg press, Lat pull, bench press, etc..) with leisurely swims and sauna..move OVER Michael "The Biggest Loser" dude :P And been super super busy. My calories have been pretty low though (bein' on the go lately) but I haven't been hungry and don't seem to be running out of steam..can't last, I'm sure--not great for you either.. BUT I am ♪ ♫ HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY ♫ ♪(**doin' the little dance**), Buddies! Hope you all have great weigh-ins too! ♥
