Thanks for the support. I am so pleased to have reached this first goal, and it's made me more confident, too. Down-side is that I went to a dance the other night, wearing a long dress from several years ago. Was quite happy about fitting into it, until..... someone showed me a Facebook site with photos from the event. There's one of a semi-side view of me.... Horrific!!! Can't let photos be taken of me until a lot more kilos have been shed.
