2 More Pounds!
Maybe this weekend I will become a member of the 200 club!
So happy its Friday! I really think that they should make work weeks 4 days long and we should get 3 days off every week, which would be great!
I wasn't feeling very good yesterday, mostly tired I think, so I skipped my weight session at the gym and just went home and jumped on my bike. Still did my hour ride but then I got to go to bed early, which I really needed, too much going on in my life right now.
We are going house shopping again tonight and I have a feeling that we might just put an offer in tonight! So that's very exciting!
I have noticed that my carbs have been up lately so next week I'm really going to try to focus on bringing my carb intake down and my protein intake up. All and all I am happy that I am losing and not gaining. It makes me smile a lot!
