Today I was able to run 20 min on the treadmill without stopping. It's a really big deal to me because 3 minutes- I felt like death is knocking on my chest. It feels so good to be in control , feeding my body with nourishing and nutritious food. My skins glowing. Finally after 2 months a see and feel the changes. Don't quit , yes it's hard ...but not liking yourself is even harder.

I just fit on pants that couldn't go above my knees last year. They went up today (although still really tight my thighs). Unless they got stretched in the tumble drier or something , whatever I'm doing seems to be working. Intermittent fasting helps me stop putting unnecessary things in my mouth during the day. You can never go wrong with it.
