BF xx% (-2.6 lbs). Sweet! Super happy as I was lousy on sleep this week with all the planetary changes (Equinox/Full Moon). So a nice surprise. Hoping as I build strength I will have better handle on getting pushed off the balance beam. I'm thinking I may get into a size 6 by the time I'm done. Hard to fathom I'm still in a size 8. For the first time in my life, I am smaller than my sister 💕🎉

BF xx% (+1.4 lbs).
Yesterday was Freedom Day and still working on consistent sleep. Could be muscle? LOL I have felt very challenged with the new exercises and I barely made it through 45 mins but I can tell I am getting there; it just may take a few weeks. I'm finding I still need about 2 days to recuperate fully or I need to pull back so I don't get overwhelmed physically. Going to try to not go at it so hard this week. I know sometimes it's better to do low and slow 😉

BF xx% (-1.8 lbs). This was my first week of the Yogaburn routine. Friday's HW done on Saturday just about killed me LOL 🤣 but I will do my best to stick with my new HW. Weighed myself in my socks lol so no BF% until K says to check again.

BF xx% (-0.4 lbs). Per Kathy new HW I am only recording weight and sending in monthly measurements until she says otherwise. Starting my new HW exercises today and the protein shake is on the way. Was my freedom day yesterday but kept it moderate since I had just started feeling better and didn't feel like sabotaging myself for another week! Sleep is still a little messy... I have been feeling very tired lately so sleeping more but that might be because I was feeling awful all last week and barely moved. It took everything out of me. I'm just going to keep moving forward as best I can until I feel like myself again 😋

BF 35.2% (-2.2 lbs).
Wow I was really sick last week after my Freedom Day.. not sure what happened there but I am still recuperating..not at 100% strength of what I am used to right now anyway. I'm sure I had help 😇💕. Doing my best to stay out of stress and judgement. I know I'm doing the best I can and excited for my next session with Kathy!
