Late start this morning. I keep my bedroom windows open unless it is very hot then I use the AC in there; sheers at the windows to let the light in. I like to wake up naturally to the rising sun, but tend to oversleep when it is raining/gray. Been busy since I woke up at 830, which is very late for me.
Hope everyone is having a good morning - we're closing in on the weekend now! The weeks go by so fast it is scary sometimes. I am constantly aware of an internal clock ticking in the background the past few years. Gives perspective to the life we are leading and what we are doing with our allotted time here. I want to live meaningfully and purposefully and responsibly towards everyone in my circle. Sometimes that is a big challenge but one I take seriously.
Heavy thoughts this rainy Thursday morning. Where is the sun?? lol

Oh and I have lost 3 lbs in the 4 days since fasting on the full moon! Pretty stoked! xo
